please, what is needed to unlock mysterious shrines? are the rewards even worth it? (as in, are they strictly better versions of existing things that aren't obtainable otherwise) I find it extremely unlikely that I will figure it out without being told, and to some extent do not wish to experiment at the risk of losing health.
