but is the key functional in every country, including those where you cant buy the game on steam ?
It worked for me in a different chase. I maybe would need help with games that I can't buy here or where I can maybe legaly buy keys on a save site, I don't really know how buying the keys is seen to be honest, everything else is clear to me.
