I love the thoughtfulness put into the visual and audio aesthetics. The tornado disaster card is simple but eye-catching — effective. I'm a little worried about the complexity of the gameplay design. It feels like high barrier to entry for a first-time player with the number of variables, even though the mechanics do seem similar to other strategy card games. I'm also wondering if the disasters will be related to what affects a specific real-world region, or if they could be anything. Perhaps narrowing the types of disasters, and thus structures the player can build, might help focus the game and call to actions more. Looking forward to playing this!
