I had a great time! Here's my full solo play text:

So, my brother Garrison (who happens to be a yeti) was telling me that he needed to go to the woods to finally challenge a yeti tyrant for the freedom of all yeti-kind or whatever. I was trying to get him to stay just long enough so we could get matching tattoos from a witch and become soul-bonded, but he’s saying he’s “waited too long already.”

We were smack dab in the middle of totally calmly discussing it (my weeping was very dignified, thank you very much), when I got a call from my barber saying she needed to cancel my appointment. Apparently, she was at Shop n’ Save picking up allergy meds (I get it, hay fever is killer this time of year) and completely lost track of time because she was shopping on an empty stomach and listening to a podcast. That’s not why she has to cancel though… see, that was yesterday and she ended up walking to her bus stop in the dark, but before she got there, she was abducted by aliens!

She just got back, but now there are unmarked vans around, and she’s pretty sure the government is planning to abduct her.

Of course, Garrison knows a thing or two about evading shady government agencies, so he threw on his tyrannosaurus rex suit and we both hopped into my car. Sure enough, spy-cops all over the place. They were about to detain my barber when we pulled up and got her into the car. We went on an epic car chase and lost the spy-cops in one of our usual “lose the cops” hidey-holes. We happen to know these aliens from an earlier excursion and used the intergalactic beacon ring that they left us to get in touch and get them to wipe the memories of the spy-cops. Garrison realized the importance of keeping in touch and agreed to hang around a little longer to get the soul-bond tattoos. That way, he’ll know he can call me in for reinforcements should his fight with the yeti tyrant go sideways.

Wonderful! I enjoyed so many parts of this story. Thank you. My fav part is the soul bond tattoos.
