What is your definition of "unaltered"?  Can adjust the pitch from within the game engine; just not change or split out pieces of the audio?

Yes, you can use the sound files in your commercial game in both altered and unaltered form. You only cannot sell the files. Sorry, I really have no idea what I meant by that.

lol.  No big deal.  I am a programmer by trade.  I swear if I were to read some of the code that I've written in the past (I am notorious for not commenting because "my code is self-commenting"), I would hate that programmer.  lol
