Game Description
A stealth game about saving your rat friends from evil scientists. It only has one level unfortunately. A lot of music and sfx is missing. IMPORTANT: There is a dash mechanic with a 4 seconds cooldown. I wasnt able to implement its UI yet!!

How does your game tie into the theme?
The game is about beeing unseen while completing an objective. (Also thematically about animals being used in Labs - an unseen issue??)

It looks really good and it's fun to play. You should finish the rest of the levels after the jam is over. I'd really love to play some more.

Developer

thank you, and yeah I agree!

I really liked the art style here and the sound effects. The whole lobby area reminded me heavily off the crash bandicoot level selects. I like how even if you do get caught you can still try to finish the level being chased.

I absolutely love the art in the this game. The first menu screen in itself is fun and enticing. I understand that this is a prototype, but I can definitely see the bones of a really fun full game here. Congratulations on what you have achieved!

I really liked the level select area and the way you incorporated the GWJ elements into that area. The visuals were great as well. I saw you said it ended up more of a prototype. I think this could easily be expanded and be a fun full game.

I had a lot of fun with this game. The level select screen is super fun, and made the game feel polished. I also appreciated the sound of the dash, even if everything didn’t have sounds. I kind of wish when you are caught things could reset faster and a couple times I thought I was close enough to open a cage but wasn’t, and then wasted a dash. I liked having few controls to remember, and didn’t like wasting the dash. Really nice entry over all!
