This was really well presented, but the gameplay ended up kind of,,, nothing . Each day, you read through a case file, then prescribe the pill the game tells you to, to get the patient closer to AB-. i've got no clue if i was doing the right or wrong thing, i was just doing things. i didnt get any feedback, and i didnt know what the pills did.
I kept going until there were maybe 8? files, because i wanted to see more story. Sadly, i did not find any, and i got kind of bored of slowly clicking through every patient to prescribe them the pill they required.
Voice acting on the intro was good! The actor's performance was fine, not particularly great but good enough regardless. The text did not sync up with the voice actor, so she would finish speaking long before the text moved on.
I like the ideas you had here, but i wish you'd presented them in a better explained game with more player feedback.

Thank you for your review. Yes, the timeframe of the Jam did not allow us time to playtest to ensure the story was progressing throughout the game. In fact there was a bug preventing the feedback scenes from the voice actor to play at the end of certain days. Even without this bug the correct dialogue scenes wouldn't have played in the correct order.
The Jam did not allow for bug fixes during the rating period. But now that the rating period is over, the complete version is available to play. The text should be synced with the voice acting, if you still experience issue, you may need to have hardware acceleration on for them to be synced.
