My apologies, but it wasn't exactly clear to me at first glance what you're looking for.
Are you saying that you have Unity experience as a programmer, you have a game idea in mind, and you are currently looking for game artists and sound specialists (e.g., musicians, audio SFX, etc.)?
Additionally - if it's not too much trouble - I for one would certainly appreciate a brief overview of the game you're trying to make. A sentence or two would be wonderful!

I'm making a Visual Novel mixed with a turn-based combat system
To kind of summarize the inspiration, inspired by games like Library of Ruina, media such as Madness Combat.
(I don't have a too detailed brief overview) because right now we're trying to think of character designs and actually work on characters so we can kinda take it piece by piece.
