I did my job, scored 17030 points, found 7 ammo upgrades and ended with B rank. I loved the ending sequence, it's awesome, not hinting it too blatantly in the description of the game was great.
The game could 100% be a NES game and it's very fun. It looks and sounds great, movement and the two weapons are all super pleasant to control and I love the quite open and just big enough dungeon featuring the proper interconnections so that you don't spend much time backtracking. The occasional visual changes between environments were the exact clues I needed for the exploration to be the most possibly fun, always kind of but not exactly lost. Finally the last fights are satisfying ones where you can make good use of the extra ammo capacity you collected through the game.
Love it!
