There is no end. It makes no sense to define a limit, as whatever level is defined as the last one, it would be too far for some players (i.e. the game would feel infinite to them anyway, with the frustration of not being able to complete the game) and too early for others (i.e. it would limit their fun).
That said... 200?! That's remarkable! Did you reach that level in a single go or by restarting multiple times from the last level reached?

Can I check then - maybe I'm misunderstanding the difference between "Fixed Levels" being on and off? I assumed that fixed levels was a standard set of crafted levels and turning that off randomised those levels. Does that mean they're effectively procedurally generated but "Fixed" uses a set seed to create them?
All the levels are generated procedurally. The fixed ones, however, use - as you correctly guessed - a fixed seed, so that they repeat always identically (that is, other than for the background colors, which always change). That is necessary to makes scores comparable. (Side note: when the FIXED LEVELS option is off, the scores never make it to the hiscores chart.)
