I had left her at where you rescued her, went back to the throne and she was at the throne. I tried to bring her back, ran into trouble, went back anyway out of curiosity and ended up seeing here there.

She’ll be on the throne if you enter the throne room while she’s afield (won’t happen if she died and warped back, just if you left her somewhere).
