Still lots of work to do.
The .zip version I grabbed for PC is displaying touchscreen/android controls in the settings menu and the actual android version still has splash screens stating:
"This is an experimental/prototype build only available to patreon subs"
(I do have a pen driven tablet hooked up to my PC. But no "touchscreen" devices)
Gotta get away from the pervasive monstrosity that is patreon. I have seen it bring more than a few devs to ruination.
Hi! Which version of the game are you running, and for what platform? (e.g., v1.02.000 Windows 64-bit) - The builds for sale here on itch should not have the "experimental/prototype build" disclaimer, so this seems odd to me. The PC version will still show touchscreen controls in the settings because it's possible to play this on a Windows tablet display, for instance. A pen tablet is probably not gonna be ideal for playing though.
The android version that still has the disclaimer is
"oh-so-hero-v1.01.000-android-arm64.apk"
I have also noticed a few other minor bugs in that specific android version but I didn't expect it to be perfect since it is a port.
Nothing totally game breaking, just some strange reactions, for example:
At one point I got stuck in a scene with the mash attack prompt, was unable to press the attack button(It just didn't do anything) and my health was not draining as it normally would. The scene played out to finish and the game returned to normal after that.
I have not tested the others much yet. But thanks for making the game! It's very good. Been letting folks in the various communities I haunt know about it. Hope act 2 and beyond goes just as well!!
Thank you for letting us know! I may have forgotten to change some of the compiler flags on the Android version and it's still showing those development screens. I have people helping with QA, but they must have overlooked this. I'll personally check the Android build myself for the v1.03 release. I know several things still need to be fixed, and I won't be able to get to everything, but I'll at least make sure we take all the problems into account (you can see what still needs to be fixed on our GitHub tracker; you can even submit bugs there yourself). Thanks for enjoying and helping us improve the game!
