Hmm, I'm kind of stuck at the moment. I've found two fuses. I'm missing the last one. I also have an attic key, but I don't know where the attic is. I also found the electrical box wich is connected to the four switches. But to solve the puzzle, I'm missing the last fuse i think.

Do you have a hint for mer? Greetings and thanks

I wouldn’t go that far, there is a plethora of games on itch.io that don’t go for a very fancy page presentation yet deliver in terms of in-game presentation and gameplay. As for this title…

I can’t be certain on whether it was or wasn’t stolen.

First impressions would leave me inclined that it is legitimate and made by the developer in question.

(Plus. When launching the game you do get the correct credits and everything.)

I may look around to see if there is more information available that disproves said impressions. Having said that, they’ve published two titles with similar aesthetic choices thus far which grants additional credibility.

I just found it to be overly harsh, which is why I provided examples and possible justification that isn’t immediately jumping to hasty conclusions. The “I don’t really care” part could be excluded and nothing would be lost from your message btw. It just serves to leave a sour taste to the recipient. In this case. Me.

“You can’t factually tell me that not marketing your game and giving more insight about the product is a good way to improve, that’s just nonsense.”

Never said it was a good way to go about promoting someone’s game myself. I was actually in agreement with you, yet you come across as quite cold which renders said agreement fairly moot.

And the first paragraph you’re referencing didn’t necessarily have to be interpreted that way. I was using that framing to build a plausible case as to why this game isn’t any worse for wear than the average indie game on itch.io (stats and all accounted for) without any serious attempt to directly tie it to your core point.

So I will accept the cross-misunderstanding and leave it at that even though I would’ve preferred a more amicable end.

And writing me off immediately so as to imply I cannot grasp such a concept is a worthy sacrifice to you?

Both things can be true for me. What you’re talking about is a difference in opinion regarding standardization. Which is fine. I take no issue with that part whatsoever. I just think claiming the developer doesn’t care and the developer has done a poor job to meet 2025 standards contains aggressive leaps I want nothing to do with.

You’re most definitely coming at this from a perspective that is nigh-exclusively reliant on “I been there, done that” and equating it to less experienced developers who aren’t you and may lack your understanding of how itch.io operates and what needs to be done.

Also. Whether you can believe it or not, I too have suggested before that developers would do better to include things such as trailers in their pages if they intend on garnering the proper attention suitable for their games.

But, you know what? Trailers aren’t easy. They’re their own separate field to game development. And sometimes when you don’t feel like you have what it takes to produce one you would consider worthy of your title, you’d maybe second guess it. And give it time. Etc.

It is all technicality over consideration for you in this instance when balancing out the two should be key.

Very well then. You’ve shown me your true colors I suppose. We will never speak again. Goodbye.

A better example of a game page that misses the mark completely on convincing me that it’s safe to download, play and engage with in a meaningful capacity:

https://mateusligino.itch.io/project-lighter

Still debating on how to proceed since the tags and artwork intrigued me. Might try reverse image search for starters…

Hi, The game was 100% produced by me and i released it only on itch.io. I know, marketing is not my strong point ;D Thanks for your interest!

Hi, I assume this is the one you were looking for.

Location of the last fuse After unlocking the secret room via the rope puzzle you will find hall key. The last fuse is on the floor in the corner of the "hall room".
Thank you for playing!

Thanks a lot!
