The request for support email was sent on 10/6/25 (9:49 AM, GMT+8), the email contained the request for help and attachment of the tax status, account receiving payment status, and the payout ID info.
2 days later, a reply from itch came (9:39 AM, GMT+8) and the payout was cleared.
