Thank you so much! I initially designed the game to be just that - the player moving from POI to POI and experiencing the story. But when I sent it out for a game Jam that ended in the middle of this one, a bunch of the feedback was that it felt like it was missing playable mechanics. Hence the puzzles!
And yeah, there is supposed to be a UI pop up that appears when you get close to the first puzzle that tells you how to solve it and what the controls are. Unfortunately I forgot to Anchor the dang thing and now it pops up somewhere off screen in the current build. I think I'll probably cut down on that initial Vo and make it less long, then add a little bit of extra Vo once players reach the first light puzzle that verbally explains all of that.
