This art is awesome! Gameplay is not new or really impressive, but it is still interesting and nice. A little bit polishing and this can be a good game. Maybe you should think about why character getting debuf or buff. He is drinking or bullets are have some effect and etc. Without this rules feels forced. Anyways nice submission.
