Not sure how difficult this is but could you chuck it on amazon’s print on demand service for people who prefer physical copies? :)

First of all: thanks for your suggestion.
As much as it is appealing to publish on Amazon, it would be a messy process.
I wouldn't be able to give away the ebook for free (0.99$ is the lowest price allowed) and having Amazon price-match other platforms (so I could make the ebook free over there) would mean even more accounts to take care of (and I already have waaaay too many).
Secondly, printing this book doesn't make a lot of sense, since it's meant to be a continuously-changing body of knowledge (although I admit, due to my own time constraints and lack of energy, the project hasn't moved an inch) so physical copies would have very little value (as they would "become obsolete" very quickly).
Hopefully this explains why I'm currently not going to go for any "print on demand" service, as things stand.
