It might be an issue with a particular game. Which game are you trying to play and which browser? I don't have any problems playing Unity Web games - I use Edge browser.
I've tried with a bunch of Web Unity games, each has the same problem. I am using Firefox, but I somewhat doubt that's the cause of the issue.
