I find the rats very cute and the music has a very  "Experimental, relaxing, PS2 game" feel that I find very charming.
I am a fan of media that explores what'll happen on Earth once humanity is gone and seeing rats thrive is comforting.

Sadly, I couldn't really understand what I was meant to do. I crafted some stuff and accessed my inventory (Both menus seem to move the camera slightly when you close them, you might want to look into that bug!), ate some bread but that's it. Maybe I'm missing something?
Also, you should definitely try uploading the game so it's downloadable through itch.io and not through your personal drive!

Hi Palarus!

First, thanks for playing my game!

As far as the game experience is concerned, unfortunately I didn't make it to finish the whole game, so there's not much to do. So what is available is more than an idea. I did finish programming a lot of things (inventory, crafting, equipping, interacting systems), but the spawning systems and dialogue systems are still under development.

I decided to upload the game anyway, because I wanted to feature my work of this month (which as a solo developer is huge), together with the sound designer who did an amazing work.

The main map is still incomplete too.

This game will continue to be developed after the game jam, because I loved developing it and I liked the game design and concept. That's why I created already a Discord server and Patreon page for updates and support.

I'll play your game too :)
