He's been romancable. Though his routelock is when you start dating him.
What?! Oh...i bought the game last year and kinda stopped playing as I've been busy lol but i do remember ppl askinf if he could become romanceable
He's a whole route. He's pretty difficult to get on, but worth it. Especially once we start work on him past route-lock.
