REVIEW:

Played: 10 min

Can sit and just listen to the nature.   Felt like I was going to play a 3D version of Putt Putt classics or Wall-E.

The theme was well used to emerge the player into a tiny world. I would have loved to see the story behind the little robots’ confusion to being in this world as well a more challenges where jumping and dashing was required. For example clearing logs from the final robot.

I enjoyed the minimalist low poly aesthetics and controls which should make this very accessible to a very young audience and easy to introduce special 3rd party controllers.
The robot's simplistic shapes, idle bobble, and jump looks quite impressive!  I can see this being a technical demo to a broader interactive child storybook if the parent/author can write the dialogue that must be displayed at each trigger event.

Nice work and thank you for the inspiration!

Hi Nicolaas.

Thank you very much for your review! I really appreciate you liked it!

The game here is indeed very short, due to the time restriction and my main life (as for many other jammers) . But if I jump back on it (under another project, I'll keep this game jam one frozen), I'll definitely add more challenges involving each robot's capabilities while developing the story.

I wanted to add more texts when the robot picks the spring or the battery up, but I didn't use the best way to display text, I need to revamp it to allow for more hints and dialogs.

Thanks again.
