Hey there!
When i load my Avatar everything looks and works absolutely fine except my Headphones.
The headphones of my Avatar are not stuck to his neck instead they move opposite direction of where my head is moving so if i wiggle my head left and right his headphones glide from left to right opposite of the charachters head.

It seems the headphones is the separate mesh, which attached to the wrong bone. You can solve it by joining the headphones mesh with the main character mesh in Blender, then set the headphones vertex weight of the chosen bone (neck?) to 1. And then re-export the character.
