Does anyone know how to raise the crews compliance? I tried sleeping for 8 hours but their compliance values are not changing.
I don't think we can, honestly. I stocked the fridge with quality food too, my reputation is +4 within the crew too and it doesn't decrease for me too to a positive level, nor lower.
Yes I have this problem too, it is the second technical bug found in this game update.
