Does anyone know how to raise the crews compliance? I tried sleeping for 8 hours but their compliance values are not changing.

Omg never mind I am just stupid. I found it.

I don't see the option to use the bathroom. When I'm in the bedroom all I can do is "take care of yourself", "Bed", "TV", "Window", "Mirror", "Door", and "Explore".  

Wasn't there a bathroom in the ship you could use to clean yourself
