The “squeeze neck” action actually does increase pain + humiliation when done to the player (at least without the Masochist inclination). I haven’t tried accepting and being on the receiving end of that action, yet.
Ah, I wasn't aware it also increased Humiliation normally (I definitely do have the Masochist inclination). In any case, it's definitely the only extreme kink in the game. I don't have the slightest clue why my comment was downvoted. I feel like the only people who might downvote that are people who are just simply not into kink at all, aren't even aware of most of the extreme kinks...
