There is only one extreme kink in this game at all, just breath control. And it doesn't even have a separate mechanic from Pain.
Ah, I wasn't aware it also increased Humiliation normally (I definitely do have the Masochist inclination). In any case, it's definitely the only extreme kink in the game. I don't have the slightest clue why my comment was downvoted. I feel like the only people who might downvote that are people who are just simply not into kink at all, aren't even aware of most of the extreme kinks...
