Unfortunately I don't have anyone here to play the game with, so this was a solo victory.
I'd be interested to know if this game fulfills its goal of having young children play together without fighting or crying. :)
I appreciate that, in addition to the player's being immune to harm, you don't have to defeat the enemies if you don't want to. It's enough just to get their coins.
Yes, my kids ages 20 months, 4 years and 6 years played for about 30 minutes yesterday without fighting or crying (a rare occurrence these days)! While the “every-character-gets-their-own-coins” mechanic meant no one was crying because someone got more than the other, I didn’t count on the difficulties that would come from my older 2 kids needing the help of the little one to actually complete the levels though…
