Honestly was not expecting such an interesting and well-planned out story. A lot of time stories can end up feeling so disjointed, but I can tell a lot of thought was put into how things would make sense, fit together, and one thing leading into the other. Obviously, there's a bit of stuff getting lost in translation due to the nature of machine translation, but I've seen a lot of games with way worse translation issues.

My favorite character has to be Captain Lexi, with Sue following close behind. Her questline really sold me on this game. I was so happy to see her showing up in Chapter 1 and her not just being limited to a sidequest character, but actually part of the main group.

Though there were some translation issues that popped up during the second quest with her that made me think you were going for a "Anne Bonny" reference (as in, a woman who disguises herself as a man), but I suspect the "misgendering" stuff is simply the machine translation going wonky (I can get some screenshots of this if you wish to correct them.)

The primary issues I noticed in the early game, aside from some assorted translation issues, was that the early animated scenes in the prologue seemed to be done with different AI Gen model compared to the ones in Chapter 1. I hope you eventually go back and re-do those scenes with the current model you use!

My main other issue is the combat. Frankly, it's just not that great. Especially the sheer length of time the encounters take and the numerous bugs. Of the three fights currently in the game (I wouldn't count the arena as a fight), two ended with Welt dead with the other character having negative value numbers of MP (and MP wasn't even visible in one of these fights). The health bar also does NOT show an accurate amount of remaining health.

Personally, I think the entire combat system needs a massive re-work, though a quick "fix" right now would be increasing the damage that both Welt and his companions can do with their attacks, if only to speed up how long these fights can take.

Thank you very much for your comment! I am currently thinking about how to rework the animations from the prologue (I even found an animator for this) I think I will change the animations by the release of the full version. As for the fights, of course I will collect information from your comments and make it a little simpler. It's good that you haven't seen the fight with the spider-girl yet))))))

(By the way, about Lexi, she's also my favorite. There will be a big story with her.)

Thank you in any case, it is very important to me.

the Arena fight with Draco feels like it might be more fitting as a pure story event and not gameplay. But one idea for improving it would be to keep it uniform with the other fights in the game. I also think it would be a good example fight to so the player what fighting against someone with a Spiritualized/Liberated weapon is like (though I think you might have had it mind that Draco/Drago was intentionally holding back?). I see it like the player has access to Wound Mend at the start, but the first attack Draco uses drains the player's MP and does takes 1/3 of their health, then he does 2 more special attacks after that, also showing them off. I don't know if you play on Welt facing him in combat again, but it would be cool to get a preview of his abilities like that.

One thing I'm wondering is if all the player's friends/wards/companions are going to have similar tasks and quests like the one Welt and Anastasia go on?

Yes, all companions will have such quests. As for Welt, he will soon receive his first spiritual weapon. I want to gradually develop his abilities =)
