I don't think you game has been uploaded properly.
When you export your game, you need to upload all of the exported files in the export folder as they are all required for your game to run.
The easiest way to do this is to export your game to a new folder and compress it all to a zip file and upload the zip file to itch.
If you can, making a web playable export that can be played on your game page is always a good way to get more interest as not everyone will download a game because of the potential risk of viruses.
