It's just the different height's the individual can be set at based on your characters height. Just showing what the sliders is inside the game instead of the character creation screen.
Okay, I think adding a slider to change height during the sex scene UI may help if anyone is curious and wants to play with the parameter. However, the NPC editor will still take some time before it becomes available.
