Thanks for the game!

I can't help but wonder why you, or rather the player, has forgotten their daughter.

The name fragments and the way the story flows makes me think of dementia?

Where, as a dementia sufferer's condition deteriorates, they can only recall pieces of their memories, and not always in order.  Not all the time, but as the condition gets worse, this effect becomes more frequent and more pronounced.

If this is the case, the story has been well thought out and structured to reflect these aspects of dementia.  On a good day, a dementia sufferer feels imprisoned, on a bad day, they act like they are.  Like the walls are closing in and there's no way out.

You've perfectly captured our thoughts and vision for the game. That's exactly what our story is about! We wanted to show how small and fragmented the world can seem to someone with this diagnosis, while still adding some hopeful notes.

My day job is retail, and most of our customers are older individuals, so even though it might not be everyday, we need to understand these things to be able to help when needed, not by training, just experience.

It's a good game, a bit short, but enough for people to see the story you wanted to tell.
