I couldn't work out what to do and not sure if the screen scaling is working properly as only a tiny portrait view. I tried clicking but no blocks got placed but as I may not be seeing the whole screen I might need to select a block from somewhere I cant see?
I won't rate this now but if you can do a bugfix I'll rate your game.
