Wow never noticed you responded. I have 2, but disabling my second moniter does nothing to solve it. I chocked it up to somekind of hardware issue, since it has no seeming reason.
I looked for other games having this issue and I'm about 90% sure it's to do with the game changing the resolution scaling, I'm going to disable it trying to automatically change when you first open the game and add a red warning to the setting itself, that should fix it.
