to WHEN YOUR HP is lower than 30% HEAL 1% PER 10% LOST HP (I assume the regen goes away if you somehow get back above 30% HP.)
This only covers what I see of the tree and buff tabs so far. Will get more another time. I also may be wrong in what I think a buff or something does. Feel free to clarify if I am making any wrong assumptions.
