Just for clarification, my current quest objective is "Procure a Pony outfit and give it to Vee to use in Seraphine's Education"
I checked the code as I am 100% sure the outfit ia available at the arellarti pet shop._IF_ you have done the pony play initial quest with Nimhe onboard the outfit is _always_ in the stores inventory.Possibly you need to do that quest with nimhe first.
