Cute! Really nice game. Reminded me of Don't Starve (in a good way). I found it a bit too hard but with some balancing I think this would be a great game! I don't think it was clear that I was trying to get a certain amount of anything until I failed to do it, so maybe that could have been clearer. Different types of enemies, more nuanced enemy mechanics, and showing the item you picked up on screen would be nice too. Great job!

funnily, the original idea has a progression upgrade each night (flashlight, shovel, detector) to help with the difficulty increase. i also had another enemy (zombie) and a crossbow, but all of that had to be cut down (plus other feature like stamina for sprinting).
and i do agree that some kind of tutorial/instruction would be great, but i ran out of time to do any of that.
