Hi I love this game, but im having issues with Khelara and Moira, whith Khelara the main issue is i can not get her to more than 10 EXH and the side Quest The Dregarian conspiracy does not pop out.
Moira is kinda the same The SLU stay at 2 no matter how much cocktails or books I give to her.
I am in Quthor system and I just finish the mine Quest
At this point i donk know what am I missing.
For the new quest to activate, you need to have unlocked the Waystation station system.
Once you do that there will be a cut scene five days later and the quest starts.
I think you will get 11 points exhibition if you visit Khelara while she's training and bring her a drink before. Not fully certain but I have documented it in the walk-through document which is attached to the original post.
