You were right on setting the Aker route on 100. You just need to walk on the sphere now.
As a note, everything is this cryptic since it wasn't really expected to be played by every player. Not many managed it, I'm honestly surprised. C:

It still just gives the "but for now, you can't do anything about it" even though I set it to 100? That's why I said it doesn't seem to do anything, it doesn't affect the sphere in any way. (Or at least not the Progress sphere. Maybe the Original is affected, but I can't confirm that because Naruto keeps killing me with his Paralysis No Jutsu.)
