I like the concept and enjoyed the game. But I would have liked more smooth planets. The bumpy planets with the sharp edges made the camera a bit rough on my eyes.

I really like the visuals of more low poly planets but I agree. There are things I would have liked to do to make the gameplay a bit more stable. I did want to experiment with taking the average of the surface normals around the player so the up vector being blended to was softer.
