WOW I really loved this. I initially didnt give the game mic access but once I got the premise I restarted and beat it the way you intended. The sounds made me laugh a lot, especially the accidents like my dog barking during one of the sounds. I was motivated to get to the end because I wanted to hear the beautiful song I was composing. I loved the hand drawn characters and art style. I get there seems to be a scrapped turn-based combat element, but tbh I felt glad there wasn't one, it was nice to just keep up the momentum and explore, plus I think the sounds could have gotten annoying over a longer game, so this ended up being perfect to me. Also appreciate the respawn button, came in very clutch in the caves specifically (also I fell out of the world once). Awesome work!

Wow, thanks for so many kind words :)
I really did want to implement combat, even if it was just one setpiece at the end for a faux final boss fight but I really didn't have time, but I at least wanted some GUI stuff in there to mimic the feel of collecting part members over the course of a typical rpg journey like this.
I was also hoping to actually have the party member contribute to a singular piece of backing music that you basically build up over the course of the game but man that was actually a bit beyond what I'm capable of XD
