The time button gives you an extra hour, heals you for 1, and then multiplies the cost of the exit door and itself by 10.

The creation of perks in the shop works like so:

  1. A pool of perks is created to draw from. Every rare goes into the pool once, every uncommon goes in 3 times, every common goes in 7 times.
  2. The game then picks three from this list (they are not allowed to be the same, and they are not allowed to be the same as whatever last showed up in the shop if you're rerolling).
  3. There is a 1% chance for a perk to be attached. The attached perk is selected the same way as the initial cards are.
  4. There is a 2% chance that one of the perks will be on sale, which halves its cost in the shop.

I will get back to you soon with the list of perks.

Hey, I really appreciate this game. I still suck at it.

Update: I had the original physical version made, however I forgot to post any evidence of it.

Due to the updates of the game, I will update the physical version. It is coming together, and the only thing left is to get everything into the physical world.

I will record a video of myself playing it, and share it here.

I am also reworking the Rules document.

Cool! The game is going to keep changing for a while as we develop it, but any version you make will still be a neat time capsule of the game at a certain time.

Also, how exactly do contracts work?

The promotions?

Yeah, the promotions.

I know you get promotion time the earlier you finish by watching others play the game. (If you finish with 4 rounds left, you get 5 promotion time)

But I do not know how the downsides THEMSELVES are applied. I know banned perks exist.

There are three types of promotions in the game currently. 1 extra life, 1 extra perk slot, or an extra starting perk (chosen randomly from the uncommon perks). It chooses two for you to pick between. The downsides are either double reroll cost, double exit cost, start with a loan or ban 5 perks at random. We are probably going to be replacing these systems soon though so you might not want to spend time working on it.

The promotions themselves are not really that hard to make, it is quite literally just printing a couple extra cards.

The main issue is with the banned perks. I could not figure out how to randomly determine them with a d100, or just 2 d10 rolls. Due to math being hard, the only thing that is not truly physical is the calculator for the game. Double Exit Cost and Double Reroll Cost are just number increases.

Could you just shuffle them all and remove 5?

I AM QUITE SILLY

Thank you for saying that.

Also, I am gonna print them today, and do a test play.

I also made a board with assets from the game!
