Fun concept, and I really dig a lot of the sprites, some of them remind me of Pizza Tower in a good way.. I think leaning more into a coherent sprite resolution and having everything fit together would complete the look.
It does get a bit to chaotic, though maybe that's the point? And in general a bit more satisfying feedback would go a long way - e.g. instead of fading away the customers could have an eating animation.
Not to harp on about AI and it's only used a bit here, but I'd have preferred without it and the sprite work is strong enough to stand on its own.
