Def enjoyed this, the sound and destruction effects are great!

If you want to develop this further for playdate, I would have some notes. For one, reversing A and B would make for a better button mapping, I think. Also, my older Playdate model (hardware revision A) struggled with framerate; 20 with dips down to 12 fps. Also, I felt that with the pd’s screen resolution, I found myself shooting at enemies outside the viewport, and also being attacked by them. I’d recommend joining the Playdate Squad Discord and running a playtest there.

Thanks for the input.  I've update the game with a little improvement on the controls and graphics. I sometimes post on the playdate dev forum, thanks for the Discord tip.
