Yep! I have asked if this was allowed in the community board of the jam and was told by organisers that it was okay for me to submit it, and use the time of the jam to try and upgrade the game! It was made in a few days for a jam back in december, and I intend to fix issues in the gameplay and lacking elements for this jam if i can.
I'll make sure to explain that more clearly in the game's description thanks for bringing this to my attention :)
