Even for people I think they couldn't be there for the murder time, I can't set correct time limits for system to accept them. I have no Idea, how to solve that. Sorry :(

I have uploaded a walkthrough to make people's life easier in case they get stuck.
All you need to complete the timeline is to examine the witness declarations in your evidence folder. The internet, the social networks, and the police records basically give you background info to understand the relations among characters. And eventually, some of Gina's meaningful messages! :)
