I opened the middle door and moved into it, but I couldn't find the way to move into the final door, neither as a bat or as the vampire.
That's really weird, normally there isn't anything preventing you from doing this, just clicking on the character to select it then on the last point should work. Maybe there's a bug, I'll look into it.
