It did work when I rebooted it. Idk if there's a sprint button but the time to kill all the noises is VERY tight because the walk speed is slow. And it also started bugging out again after a couple attempts sadly :(
There is a sprint button, it's shift. It seemed to work half the time though
Edit: nope, that's not true! It works, it's just that you only have to press it once, releasing the button does nothing and pressing right-click makes you walk
