Yo.
I didn't know about SRPG Studio at all. It looks super cool. I'll take a look later.
To start, here's my tier list. I'll talk about it after talking about the game I really liked.

I like:
-TUTORIAL!!!!!
-Pixel art <3
-The character design works well.
-Tactical, which is a very underrepresented genre in general.
-The overall mechanics are very good in my opinion. But they don't reach their full potential.
-Nice music.
Lick less:
-Requires balancing, which becomes increasingly difficult depending on the number of troops available.
-Some characters don't stand out at all based on their stats. Their abilities differentiate them, but I'm particularly concerned about their defense and overall health.
-Lack of Tanks
-The offspring are very uneven depending on their stats. The machine can tank 5 monsters, and all the others die in one hit.
-Not being able to give birth to them in the fort right next to it.
Idea:
-When a mother is about to give birth, it gives the ability to choose between several types of offspring. Each one can have different ones.
-Be able to give birth in fortresses and not just in the castle.
-Let the children have the mother's traits. A healer will make healers and buff casters. A tank will make tanks, and so on.
Let's get to my tier list.
SS-Ulcha is simply the team's PGM. She can impregnate 2 characters per turn or give birth to 2 characters in a row with her single talent. If you lose her, the game is over. She also has the second-best defense in the game. Which I find paradoxical for a bard compared to a fighter and a thief. (I haven't tested her children.)
S- Bree-27 Quite simply, the one who keeps the entire group healthy. 12 defense. 4 points from me than the total defense of all the others. Plus, she can hit from 2 squares away. And her children are brutes who, while they don't hit much, can withstand the onslaught of 4 monsters at the same time.
A- Vix is a healer with no mana limit. That says it all. Her healing range is really not bad either. It's a shame her children are such weak archers. I think it would have been more interesting if she gave birth to creatures that buff allies, debuff enemies, or even heal.
A- Venus hits hard and often double-teams while being at a distance. She also has good debuffs. If her children were more useful, she would have moved up to A. But one hit from anything and they die.
C- Gnash is one of the biggest misunderstandings for me. Maybe it's because of her sprite, but I would have imagined her as a sort of Off Tank. On the other hand, she hits hard and often. Which makes her a good melee. But she's a jerk. She wants to be melee but isn't capable of sustaining more than two attacks. I don't remember testing her children.
D-Sunny: Nothing's wrong with her. Her children certainly move far, but they're borderline kamikazes. She doesn't hit super hard, but her skill would have made her a perfect tank, though. Not a bandit.
Final point:
The game mechanics are awesome. I racked my brains to come up with a strategy and try to take into account each other's abilities. Choosing the mother based on her child in order to have one type of unit or another is excellent!!! But the units would have to be equal. The heroes too. Potentially, every hero present is supposed to be a kind of warlord. But their status often puts them below their enemies, which makes them mere sorcerers, with a few exceptions. Except for Suny, I think your characters already have a class identity. But you need to review the calculations for the stats.
Anyway, believe me, I'll be following your work. Because beyond the Kink Game aspect, the concept is very interesting. Thank you for offering us your project, which stimulated the tactician in me. Don't get discouraged if you pile up comments that may seem harsh. Generally, if we bother to write to a creator, it's rarely because their work doesn't interest us. And don't forget that balancing in a game is the worst pain in the neck. Don't worry, your game is super cool. Thanks again, and see you soon. Good work. :D
