On the recipes:
Goldsand is used by an upcoming Pillar Creation recipe, so you can't get that yet.
Deep Copper is an event-only recipe, I'll remove it from the list.
The rest are unlocked by researching items from the mine (1x Yinying Globule and 2x Shadow Core).
So you're just missing those 3
