I found some images of a lost Sonic Advance Chinese Port.

I don't know where is it came from and what platform it is.

Is it useful for making mods if someone found it?

I think this game maybe is a lost media

But I don't have a suitable place to publish itrelevant content

He looks very similar to J2ME PORT But there are many things that haven't been used in that version

Hello !

Well, looking at the screenshot, this is very interesting !

In fact, I can recognize the BACK button on the right. It's the same used in the Gameloft version of Sonic Advance !

So I've got 2 theories about this :

- Either this is an exclusive Chinese release of the Gameloft version.

- Or... It could be a version of its own, which gave a template to Gameloft to release an Android port internationally !

The thing is that despite the Gameloft version been released at the same year as the PuyoSega Android port (2011), it's actually on J2ME phones that Gameloft initially released the game. The Android version of the Gameloft version, on the other hand, is actually released in 2014.

In fact, while extracting the game files of the Gameloft's Android port, it features similar assets to the PuyoSega Android port. But the question was how Gameloft was able to get assets from the PuyoSega port, despite having no involvement. Maybe this obscure port that you just showed me can give us the answer !

In any case, I'm curious to see what this version beholds.

If this version has all the content like the PuyoSega version, then maybe I'll make a brand-new update to my mods, who knows !

Idk,I can see that this version is due to some malicious websites using these screenshots when piracy and moving my mod(I started playing this game and creating mods around 2023)

Later, that website disappeared again, but I found him on a website that stole a nested GBA emulator(Myboy) of SonicAdvance version

The Java version of SonicAdvance is already different in China, the most obvious being that the Chinese version has changed the button operation method to similar to the S1/S2 on java. They also managed to adjust MIDI to make the music less strange,In the Chinese version, the copyright owner of the game is only Sega, and the credit that jumps out after completing the game seems less complete than the international version. However, it can be confirmed that the game was manufactured in China at that time
